The 2018 RBC Tennis Championships of Dallas

The $125,000 RBC Tennis Championships of Dallas – a United States Tennis Association international men’s Pro Circuit event – is hosted indoors at TBarM Racquet in Dallas. T Bar M is one of the nation’s premier tennis clubs with 28 courts, 8 indoor courts and over 20 teaching pros.

Celebrating our 20th consecutive year, the RBC Tennis Championships of Dallas is the largest continuous Men’s Professional Tennis Tournament in Texas and a favorite stop of players on the pro tour.

Past players include the Bryan brothers, Sam Querrey, Kei Nishikori, Steve Johnson, Jack Sock, Kyle Edmund, James Blake, Mardy Fish, Daniel Evans, Grigor Dimitrov and Ryan Harrison among many others.

The schedule is made with input from the USTA, the players, sponsors and the tournament director. The tournament director makes requests based on what they feel is in the best interest of the fans.

Draw Size:
32 Main Draw Singles, 16 Main Draw Doubles

In a single elimination tournament, only one player from each match advances and since no one knows who will win or lose no one knows who will play until the evening before.

The draw is made the same way at every tournament on the USTA Pro Circuit tour. First, names of the 8 seeds in singles and 4 in doubles (the highest ATP ranked players in the draw) are placed in the draw (No. 1 on the first line, No. 2 on the last line and then the others in alternating order on pre-determined lines). Once the seeds are in place, the other players are drawn at random and placed on the empty lines – starting at the top and going down the draw until it is filled.

No smoking is allowed at any time indoors. Smoking is permitted outside in designated areas.

No. We do not allow coolers or thermos containers, etc. on grounds. Due to added security, all backpacks, purses, etc., will be searched. Please be prepared for some delays when entering the grounds. We appreciate your patience. Food and beverages are sold on the grounds during the event.

No large bags, cooler or hardback stadium seats. No laptops except media/officials. Video cameras and flash photography are not allowed. Please be aware that all persons are subject to search and above items must be returned to your vehicle. We thank you in advance for your cooperation. Only small purses and items for personal health care that do not exceed 8” x 11” x 11” will be allowed on site.

Every fan finds a different day or session to his or her liking. There are more matches earlier in the week and during day sessions. As the week progresses, the excitement builds as the field narrows and the players fight to win the coveted title.

Will Call is located inside the venue pavilion directly to the left upon entering.

At this time all tickets will be held in Will Call. In order to pick up tickets from Will Call, a photo I.D. will be required.

If you have a handicap placard, sticker or license plate issued by the DMV, you will be allowed to park in the designated handicap parking in venue parking lot.

If the patron is not in a wheelchair but is semi-ambulatory, we can place them in the wheelchair area or reserve easy access seating upon request.

The wheelchair section is located on the East & West side of the stadium at ground level.

Tickets will be replaced for the original ticket purchaser at a cost of $10.00 each. If replacement tickets are ordered over the phone, they will not be mailed out but put in Will Call. Photo ID will be required to pick them up.

Children 2 and under are free (must sit on lap). Children 3-12 yrs old are half price & must be reserved through the ticket box office.

Only working members of the media will be approved for media credentials. An assigning editor or producer should complete the application. We cannot guarantee working space for anyone who does not submit a credential application by the deadline.

Volunteers are expected to pledge a minimum of three (3) shifts lasting ~4 hours each and must attend a mandatory 30 minute orientation on Saturday, February 1 at 10a.m. or 12:00p.m. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old.
