A two-time RBC Tennis Championships of Dallas player, Yen-Hsun Lu captured an astonishing 28th career Challenger title after winning the China International Challenger Jinan 2017.

The victory marks the second consecutive title for Lu who also won the 2017 International Challenger Chengdu. It also makes four singles championships for the year.

Four in a single year is the most ever for the 34-year-old who earned his first win in 2004 defeating Glenn Weiner in straight sets in Joplin, MO. The win came off the heels of his quarterfinal loss to Andre Sa that year here in Dallas.
