American Kevin King won his second tournament in a row this month, taking the singles title at the Atlantic Tire Championships.

King took out another former RBC Tennis Championships of Dallas player, Cameron Norrie, winning in straight sets 6-4, 6-1 in Cary, North Carolina.

En route to the championship King took out the No.1 seed Ernesto Escobedo in the Round of 16 while Norrie defeated the No.2 seed – Tenys Sandgren – in the same round.

The victory for the 26-year-old follows up a Futures title in Toronto to begin the month.
