Frances Tiafoe has been on his game of late, winning two consecutive singles titles on clay this year.
Near the end of April the 19-year-old American beat Tennys Sandgren 6-3, 6-4 in Sarasota. Tiafoe then traveled to Aix en Provence, France where he needed three sets to get past Jeremy Chardy 6-3, 4-6, 7-6(5) for the title this past weekend.
Tiafoe, who reached the quarterfinals in Dallas this year, has now climbed to No. 65 in the world with his impressive play.
